Data protection

Controller: the owner stated above.

What we process: the data you give us when booking a table (name, phone or email, party size, date and time) or when contacting us. We do not collect special-category data.

Purpose: to manage your booking, look after you and answer your enquiries.

Legal basis: performance of your booking at your request and, where applicable, your consent.

Recipients: the booking system is provided by Bouzon Digital as data processor, with servers in the European Union. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

Retention: for as long as necessary for the purpose and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contacto@laembajadagourmet.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookie policy (LSSI art. 22.2)

This site does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. Your language and theme (light/dark) preferences are stored in your browser's local storage; they are not tracking cookies.

The only third-party cookies come from:

• Booking widget (bookings.bouzondigital.com) — technical session cookies, only when using the booking form.
• Google Maps — cookies from Google LLC (USA) when viewing the map on the Contact page. Only loaded if you accept cookies in the banner.

You can reject Google Maps cookies using the "Reject" button on the banner; the map will not load but you can still access directions via the direct Google Maps link. All other site features (bookings, menu, gallery, contact) remain available.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time.
